Arkan Integrated Solutions, a leading Information and Communications Technology Company in Egypt and Saudi Arabia announces its plan to acquire full ownership of SITEC Information Technology, a leading Unified Communication distribution company based in United Arab Emirates.
The acquisition will help Arkan accelerate and expand its vision and enable it to widen its territory as well as broaden its portfolio of Collaboration and Unified Communications Solutions.
